When a network install is worth it
Multi-tier contours, retaining work, real drainage failure, or you simply do not want a project. Their crews build good greens. You pay for scheduling, warranty administration, and territory overhead. That is a fair trade for some yards.
When a warehouse roll is enough
If you already own a compactor, know your yarn, and want material only. You get a container spec and no documentation. Bring your own cut list and infill math.
Where box-store rolls fail
Thin polypropylene at $2/sf has no UV package and no texture memory. It reads fine for a month and lies down by the second summer. It is not a green.
What we actually claim
Same class of surface, shipped to your driveway, with the base doctrine that pro crews keep in their heads. No affiliations, no official-surface badges, no invented warranty.
Are you an authorized dealer for a national brand?
No. We are independent and sell our own named system. We do not use anyone else’s marks.
Is your turf the same as the franchise turf?
Timberline Putt™ uses a texturized polypropylene putting face. Compare documented specifications and samples rather than assuming different brands use the same construction.
Why not just quote installed pricing?
Installed pricing depends on location, site conditions and scope. Call us to discuss installation availability and a project-specific estimate.
Can a local landscaper install your kit?
Yes, and many do. Send them the handyman brief in your cut list — materials only, no territory agreement.
