Terms, privacy, freight + warranty basics.
Clear customer information for Timberline Greens™ products, project support and installation services.
Ownership
Timberline Greens™ is owned and operated by ĀRU Intelligence Inc. Timberline Greens™ is the consumer-facing brand for the turf products, kits, education and related services presented on this site.
Orders + pricing
All orders are taken by phone. Published turf prices are material pricing unless expressly stated otherwise. Freight and applicable sales tax are additional. A project discussion, calculator or planning range is not a final quote until confirmed by Timberline Greens.
Specifications
Published specifications reflect current product documentation. Where a specification has not been supplied or verified, we may identify it as pending rather than estimate or invent it.
Installation
Timberline Greens offers installation discussions in selected service territories and may consider other U.S. and international projects. Availability, scope, local licensing, permits and other requirements vary by location. Call to confirm service for a specific address.
DIY guidance
Installation manuals, project discussions and general guidance are educational resources. Site conditions vary. Customers remain responsible for evaluating local conditions, utilities, drainage, codes and permit requirements and for using appropriate qualified professionals where required.
Warranty
Applicable turf is sold with the written limited warranty provided by the product manufacturer. Warranty eligibility, exclusions, approval and remedy are governed by the manufacturer’s written terms. Timberline Greens can help customers identify purchase records and assemble claim documentation.
Freight + returns
Freight terms and return eligibility depend on the product, whether material has been cut or altered, and the order terms confirmed at purchase. Inspect freight promptly on delivery and contact Timberline Greens immediately about visible damage or discrepancies.
Privacy
We use contact and project information submitted through the site to respond to requests, plan projects, provide samples and support orders. We do not sell customer information.
